Day 17: Makayla

Makayla Elizabeth Mayes made me a mom on Monday, January 16, 2006.  It was love at first sight and she has been wrapped around our fingers ever since.  Here are a few things about her:

• She loves to be outside jumping on the trampoline
• She is much taller than her mother
• Her best friend in the whole world is our neighbor Ava
• She has a very kind heart and thinks of others
• Mak is a child of God-- she has asked Jesus into her heart 
• She is a good big sister (99.999999% of the time)
• She is a daddy's girl- she would prefer her daddy over her momma any day :)
• Mak is super creative and loves to draw and create things
• Volleyball and basketball are her "sports"
• She is a clarinet player and will soon be part of a show choir

I love this girl with all my heart!!!!
